You understand and accept that all consultations, whether held in person, over the phone, or virtually, are based on a reading of astrological charts pursuant to questions on any subject matter initiated by you. The readings and consultations cannot be regarded as predictive or prescriptive or on which any legal relationship can be based on (other than for the payment of services rendered).

You acknowledge that Signs and Houses Consulting Pte Ltd, its employees and officers, cannot collectively or severally be held directly or indirectly accountable or liable for any loss, damage or distress suffered in connection with any act, omission and/or conduct or for any event occurring prior to, during or resulting subsequent to the consultation(s) or in connection with any service or content derived from these operations.

Without prejudice to the above, you agree and acknowledge that the total maximum liability of Signs and Houses Consulting Pte Ltd, its employees and officers in connection with any services rendered to you, is the amount of consultation fees paid by you in connection with such services. For the avoidance of doubt, this liability limit shall apply to any and all claims.
